Spady PTA's Wellness CommUNITY Program is currently seeking Health & Wellness Partners. There are a variety of ways that you can partner with our school and offer your services to the more than 500 Spady families. We will be hosting a Wellness Fair during Spady Fest on Saturday, March 3rd (details below). You may also consider advertising on our websites, through banners on our fences, flyers through school, school calendar (2012/2013 school year), sponsoring meetings, presenting at meetings, etc... Spady Fest - 100th Year Anniversary of S.D. Spady Elementary School
Saturday, March 3rd, 2012 ~ 11am - 4pm
Our Wellness Fair will offer performances by children in the PhysIQ program and a health exhibition. We invite trusted practitioners to join us & provide screenings and/or information on your services. Please book no later than Monday, Feb. 27th.
Health & Wellness Practitioners will be able to set up tables in a pavilion next to the area where children will be performing. It's a big area with coverage from weather & electricity. Facepainting will be in this area as well, so we expect to get quite a bit of traffic to your tables.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
- Table or exhibition booth
- Music on an iPod or MP3 device - if applicable
- Marketing materials4. Freebies/giveaways - you will get more traffic if you give coupons, prizes or raffles - so think of something creative to get the maximum result out of this day!
COST:
$100.00 tax-deductible donation is suggested for table space. Please make check payable to Spady PTA & note WELLNESS FAIR in the memo. Receipts will be provided.
BENEFITS FOR YOU:
- Exclusive marketing to over 500 families who reside in Boca, Delray & Boynton Beach (only 1 exhibitor per practice area - only 1 Pediatric Practice, 1 Pediatric Dentist, 1 Chiropractor, 1 Dermatologist, etc...). We appreciate traditional and alternative health and wellness practices.
- High traffic area of festival - 100+ families will be near your tables to watch their children perform between 11-2
